Contraindications: Disabled in patients with vasculitis, phlebitis, and venous thrombosis.
Note: The tourniquet cannot be used for a long time. Relax every 20 minutes in the winter and every 2 minutes in the summer for l-2 minutes, then tighten. When tightening, the site should be moved up and down slightly to prevent long-term ischemic damage or necrosis of the extremity of the limb. For patients with major bleeding, they should be sent to the hospital as soon as possible while the tourniquet is on the upper end.
