Directions for Use:
Before use, advisable for Grease traps to be cleaned thoroughly for more effective application.
Enzyme water is to be poured into the floor grease trap and basin trap after finished washing up the kitchen during closing time.
For all Communal grease Traps (grease box, grease interceptor) from 30GPM ~ 500 GPM
CULTURE 1 Pack (100 gms) of GSO Digester into 50 ~ 100 liters of water , 6 hours before closing time.
Then pour into grease trap, scupper drain, sinks and every grease trap stations.
Stir thoroughly communal grease trap for effective grease removal.
Repeat every day for maintenance purposes to prevent blockages or back flow of main line and kitchen areas.
